Terms and Conditions for returns:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery of your products to inform us of the return and whether you would like us to collect them (at a charge of £45).

Products must be unused, free from defects and in their original packaging.

Mattresses MUST BE UNOPENED due to health and hygiene laws. If you wish to cancel your purchase under the distance selling regulations you must notify us in writing via e-mail.  The buyer assumes all responsibility for arranging any returns.

The cancellation period only applies to goods that are unused. We do not accept returns if you have used them. If your product is faulty we will require you to provide photographic evidence to us via e-mail. Once the fault has been verified by us we will choose to refund or replace at our discretion, (as is our right under the sales of goods act).

If Goods or boxes are damaged at time of delivery please mark the delivery docket accordingly at the time in the presence of the driver, as we cannot claim therefore cannot issue refunds or replacements if this is not done.

Please note following areas have a £20 extra delivery charge due to the distance involved. Postcodes that start with:  AB,FK,IV,KW,PA,PH,LL23-LL27,LL35-LL78,SA31-SA99,SY16-SY19 plus Devon and Cornwall and please note the delivery time can be up to one week for these remote regions.
