We hope that you are happy with your purchase from Not Just Beds, if you are not for any reason then please contact us to explain the reason why and we will try to resolve the issue the best we can. 

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged then please sign for "as damaged" and return to us at the address below.

If you wish to return any items as you have changed your mind or the item is not quite what you expected then please ensure that the item is 'as delivered' and in a fully re-saleable condition, it is the buyers responsibilty to return the item to the address above and cover the cost of the unwanted item. 

Once the item(s) have been returned back to ourselves these will be checked to ensure that all parts are present and that the item(s) are in the same condition that they were originally delivered in. If the item(s) has any missing parts, become damaged and or is not in a re-saleable condition then a reduction will be taken from the original purchase price. 

Any returns are the liabillity of the customer ensuring the correct level of insurance and traceabillity - we recommend insuring the full value of the goods and using a fully tracked delivery service if returning via a courier or postal service.

In some cases we may be able to offer a collection of unwanted goods, this can only be offered if we ourselves or have a trusted courier in the area, the cost of this is a minimum of £49 for smaller items or £85 for larger bulky items depending on location.

As mattresses are personal items and due to hygiene, we cannot accept any mattresses back once these have been taken out of the original packaging unless these are deemed and proven to be faulty, for which a replacement will be given under the terms of the manufacturers warranty.
